Whilst there are forums to help with tech tips I thought I'd
just show mine in pictorial format to help those who have never
looked under the tank or thought a simple job to be a nightmare
It is hoped this will at least help
Air filter change
Very simple tools required
1/4 drive socket 8mm and 7mm sockets and a 6 inch extension
Allen key for seat removal 5mm (if memory serves)
lift the corners of the seat towards the rear to reveal the allen head bolts
View under seat
Locate the tank stay left side of the frame
you will need to remove tail pod or seat to remove
if this item is missing/lost use a 12" socket extension as a prop
Using a socket 8mm undo 2 retaining bolts
and prop with tank stay
With 7mm socket undo the airbox bolts not forgetting the one right at the back
Ease out the top cover to reveal the filter
which can now be changed
(note do not worry if you find oil in the airbox this is quiet common
with this model)

Power commander install
Locate the pc111 (power commander) on top of the ecu with Velcro
provided, attach earth wire to battery
Remove left frame cover this is to assist in threading the pc111
loom under the tank
from the pc111 there are two sub looms
one length is longer than the other, the longer one will
go to the right hand side of the bike
the other to the left (shorter one)
Right hand side, I fed my loom between the two cylinders, locate loom
block right hand side, its attached throttle bodies just below air box
this will move as it is on a bezel so don't fear you have broken it
it is retained by to small clips that require squeezing to release
once free plug in the sub loom from the pc111
Left side locate grey plug a little hidden behind a some t pieced tubes
again requires a squeeze action to remove, plug in the sub loom
There is one grey wire left to locate
to the rear on right-hand side is a black plug
again a squeeze to release type
Locate the CENTRE wire this will be brown with yellow trace
using the scotch block and the connection and make water tight
you can now either get your bike set up on a dyno
or use one of the maps to suit your mods from the cd provided
