Much as I love the Aprilia Mille the riding position

is quite radical as a get on in years so I have decided

to revamp it and turn it into my version of the Tuono.

first off need to remove all the mille plastic's

I started on the left side removing all the screw etc

Here you can see the air temp sensor which will require relocating

Once the cowl was removed I screwed it back together so as

not to lose and bits

Here we can see the coils and oil tank exposed

Right hand side removal is same as left but there is no sensor

on the right side

Top fairing screen removed and upper cowl loosened along

with the mirror frame bolts

Front comes away complete just disconnect the headlight

The now exposed innards
