FIRST SOME OPEN HEART SURGERY TO FIX ELULSION TUBE

WEAR WHICH AFFECTS RUNNING

made up some mesh panels

meshed the nose cone of the zx10r unit

trial mounted the nose fairing and made up brackets and mounts

polished risers and top yoke added renthal 755 bars

New bar end mirrors

Used a old Fazer screen

Moved clocks to better position

Bike now stripped for paint

whist body work gone for paint fitted new emulsion tubes (Thxs to froudy)

 and a Ivans Jet kit to improve the running

re assembled everything ready to go

Next i polished the front casing

and removed the clutch casing for w window to be fitted then polished

the centre hub

Made some indicator brackets from an old pair of suspension dog bones

then with the help of stickboy (Dtp) we arrived at these relentless type graphics

and no this is how I want it spelt

New paint

Horns added as mirror block off's

Clutch housing modified

reworked the dash to be bit more tidy

Led lights added to front and dash finished in carbon 2mm sheet

 with a rubber surround to tidy up the edge

lowering brackets made and fitted with new pegs

finished for now

I have now refined the lowering brackets
